I engaged the services of Jeff and Alan at two properties prior to the purchase of my first home. In both instances, I was provided with a detailed written assessment of the property which was thoroughly explained to me. As I attended both the inspections, any areas of concern were also physically pointed out to me to ensure that I was fully aware of any problems/faults in the property.

I found the service to be very professional and comprehensive, both on the day and post assessment. Jeff and Alan were more than happy to answer any subsequent questions that I had for them over the telephone after the initial inspections. It is with great pleasure that I write this letter.

After taking the next step in my life and purchasing another home for my ever growing family, I was given your business card by one of your clients, when I contacted Jeff to find out what the process in getting a building inspection was all about, all my questions were answered in an easy and straight to the point manor. On the strength of Jeff’s phone service I was happy to book an appointment with his company for an inspection (he also recommended a pest inspector and I took his advice and was pleased I did)

I was greeted at my soon to be new home by Alan who had been there for some time, this was a great help as I explained to Jeff I would only be free for a short time as I had my children with me, so Alan being there for some time before I got there really helped in not keeping my young children hanging around. (A magnificent help).

Alan’s experience in the building industry was noticeable from the start as he was very efficient in his work and I found it of a great help as he was explaining everything to me as he worked each room with a keen eye for detail. Later that day I received a phone call from my wife informing me Jeff had offered to hand deliver the report to our home. He was good enough to take the time to explain every aspect of the report to my wife which put her mind at ease.

In the daunting process of purchasing a new home Jeff and Alan made this process quick and easy for me and as I work in the service industry I can only say that their professionalism, quality of service and an eye for detail is second to none. I just wanted to send a short note to acknowledge your teams professionalism and good service.  From a consumers point of view, it can be frustrating and seem expensive to make a purchase when the end product isn't tangible.  It is difficult to make that piece of paper feel more valuable than just a piece of paper.

On the day of my scheduled building and pest inspection I decided to 'drop by' the property being inspected and meet the team. I guess at the back of my mind I also wanted to see what I was purchasing.  As it turns out, I was a little disappointed in myself for being so skeptical.

When I arrived I was please to interrupt 'the team' hard at work; under the house and taking notes. The boss kindly introduced himself and offered a brief verbal insight on his findings so far. He give me specific examples of good and bad points, without bias. His recommendations weren’t too general and he emphasised priority points- which made complete sense. I know it may seem petty, but I also thought his documents seemed organised and I thought he was dressed suitably with business identification. After the inspection, communication with me was efficient and truthful eg. no 'rubbish' about deadlines.

So, thanks guys...good service.
