Really happy with the service provided by this company. They were fast and efficient. They EVEN did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, which is becoming more unusual nowadays. They are very friendly and answered all questions that I had. As others have said Naarah was friendly, approachable and very helpful.

Our termite problem needed to be dealt with quickly before our house was on the market, Naarah in reception made things happen for us, as ex tradesman, this company hits well above 5 stars, they did exactly what they said, they arrived on time, I was kept informed along the whole process and now we are termite-free. This is the second time we have used this company for a building inspection, and it is a pleasure to deal with them. Naarah is an absolute delight to deal with; booking everything in is easy and no question is a bother. Ray is very thorough, and both times called me to talk me through the findings- he never rushed me off the phone, and he let me ask all the questions I needed to. 10/10 would use them again and recommend them to others with no hesitation.

I have used them twice before and each time I was able to negotiate a better price off of the contract price with what they found, between $4,500 – $12,000 each time. They are very pedantic and the reports are excellent. Easy to deal with also, nothing is a hassle. Highly recommend them and I am about to use them a third time.

From the moment I called Naarah knew exactly what I needed and when. We are first home buyers and she was very understanding. We were able to organise an inspection exactly when we needed it (which was last minute on a Friday). Once Raymond completed our inspection he called and emailed the report on the same day. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them.
